June was respectful of our concerns regarding COVID-19 safety protocols, to the extent that she arranged a special private appointment for us to ensure our comfort.
June investigated answers to questions such as when a particular piano was manufactured, how long the warranty would last, etc. She didn’t put any pressure on us to buy or decide on a particular timeline. When we did decide, She assisted in getting us a more comfortable piano bench as well as delivery and piano tuning at times that were suitable for us. I don’t think she could have been any more responsive or helpful.
